All products sold through this store are digital crochet patterns and other downloadable digital files. No physical products will be shipped.
Digital Products
Because our products are delivered digitally, purchases are generally final once the digital file has been supplied, accessed, or downloaded.
By purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access to it, you agree that delivery may begin before the end of any applicable withdrawal period. Where required by law, you also acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may end once access to or downloading of the digital content begins.
Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may end when:
- you have expressly agreed that delivery of the digital content may begin immediately;
- you have acknowledged that beginning delivery will cause you to lose your right of withdrawal; and
- access to or downloading of the digital content has begun.
If you are an EU consumer and the digital file has not yet been accessed, downloaded, or supplied, you may submit a withdrawal request within 14 days of the date of purchase.
From June 19, 2026, eligible EU withdrawal requests may also be submitted through the clearly labelled Withdrawal or Withdraw from Contract function available on our storefront.
When submitting a request, you may be asked to provide:
- your full name;
- the email address used for the purchase;
- your order number or order reference; and
- a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
After your request is submitted electronically, you will receive confirmation that the request has been received.
Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically mean that the purchase qualifies for a refund. We will review whether the statutory right of withdrawal still applies, including whether the digital product has already been accessed, supplied, or downloaded with your prior consent and acknowledgement.
Eligible Refunds
A refund may be provided when:
- a valid statutory right of withdrawal still applies;
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- you received the wrong digital file;
- the supplied file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we are unable to provide a working replacement;
- the product is materially different from its description; or
- a refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Where a valid EU withdrawal applies, the refund will be processed without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
Change of Mind and Accidental Purchases
We do not normally provide refunds for:
- changing your mind after downloading or accessing a pattern;
- purchasing the wrong pattern by mistake after the file has been supplied or accessed;
- not having the required crochet skills, yarn, software, printer, or equipment;
- difficulty understanding the pattern where the file itself is complete and as described;
- differences in screen colours, printer colours, yarn colours, gauge, tension, or finished size;
- failure to read the product description before purchasing; or
- purchasing a digital pattern while expecting to receive a finished physical item.
Please contact us promptly if you accidentally purchase the same pattern more than once or experience another genuine order problem. We will review each situation fairly.
Exchanges
Digital products cannot normally be exchanged after they have been downloaded or accessed.
If you purchased the wrong version of a pattern, please contact us before downloading it. We may be able to help, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Custom and Personalised Digital Patterns
Custom-made and personalised crochet patterns are created specifically for the individual customer.
Cancellation or withdrawal may not be available once the custom work has begun with the customerβs prior request or consent, where permitted by applicable law.
Payments for completed or substantially completed custom work are generally non-refundable unless the file is faulty, incorrectly supplied, or a refund is required by law.
Problems With Your Download
Please contact us if:
- your download link does not work;
- the file appears damaged or incomplete;
- you received a different file from the one ordered; or
- you require reasonable assistance accessing your purchase.
We will first attempt to correct the problem by resending, repairing, or replacing the digital file.
Pattern Results
Crochet results can vary depending on yarn, hook size, gauge, tension, technique, substitutions, and other individual choices.
Variations in the finished project do not by themselves mean that the digital pattern is faulty.
Intellectual Property
Purchasing a digital pattern gives you permission to use the pattern according to the licence or usage terms included with the product.
Purchasing a pattern does not transfer copyright or ownership of the pattern. Digital files may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, published, or uploaded to other websites or platforms.
Unauthorised sharing or distribution does not create a right to a refund.
