Digital Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pretty Things By Katja.

All products currently sold through our store are digital products, including downloadable crochet patterns, charts, written instructions, magazines, and related digital files.

No physical product will be shipped.

Digital Delivery

After your payment has been successfully processed, your digital product will be made available electronically.

Depending on the product and delivery method, you may receive access through:

  • the order-confirmation page;
  • an email containing a download link;
  • your customer account, where available; or
  • a digital-download application connected to our Shopify store.

Digital files are normally available shortly after payment confirmation.

File Format

Most crochet patterns are supplied as PDF files unless the product description states otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device can open the file format described in the product listing. A PDF reader may be required.

Delivery Time

Digital products are usually delivered automatically within a few minutes after successful payment.

Occasionally, access may be delayed because of:

  • payment processing;
  • an incorrect email address;
  • spam or promotions filters;
  • internet connection problems;
  • technical maintenance;
  • security or fraud checks;
  • temporary issues with Shopify, the payment provider, or the digital-delivery service.

Because these products are delivered electronically, weekends and public holidays do not normally affect automatic delivery.

Custom or personalised products may require additional production time. The estimated delivery time for custom work will be stated in the product description or agreed with the customer separately.

If You Do Not Receive Your Download

If you do not receive your digital file:

  1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
  2. Confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.
  3. Check the order-confirmation page or your customer account for a download link.
  4. Wait a few minutes in case the payment is still being processed.
  5. Contact us at info.crochetpatterns@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • your full name;
  • order number;
  • email address used for the order;
  • name of the product purchased.

We will make reasonable efforts to locate the order and restore or resend access.

Incorrect or Faulty Files

Please contact us if:

  • the download link does not work;
  • the file is corrupted or incomplete;
  • you receive the wrong file;
  • the file is materially different from the product description.

Where appropriate, we will repair, replace, or resend the file or provide another remedy required by applicable law. EU consumer protections also apply to digital content that is faulty or not supplied as agreed.

Download and Storage

You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your purchased files after delivery.

We recommend saving a backup copy on your computer, external drive, or secure cloud-storage service.

We may assist with restoring access where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that download links or files will remain hosted indefinitely unless the product description expressly states otherwise.

Email Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • an incorrect or inaccessible email address;
  • a full mailbox;
  • email-provider filtering;
  • failure to check spam or promotions folders.

Please contact us if your email address was entered incorrectly.

No Shipping Charges

Because all products are delivered digitally:

  • no shipping fees apply;
  • no tracking number is provided;
  • no customs duties or import charges apply to physical delivery;
  • no parcel will arrive by post or courier.

Taxes on digital products may still be charged where required by applicable law.

Returns, Refunds, and Withdrawal

Digital-delivery issues, refund requests, cancellations, and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically approve a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights relating to digital content that is faulty, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description.

Intellectual Property

Purchasing a digital product gives you a licence to use it in accordance with our Terms of Service and any product-specific licence conditions.

Digital files may not be copied, shared, redistributed, uploaded, resold, or published except where expressly permitted.
